❄️ Sledding into the Weekend: Family Fun & Relaxation in Summerville
Yoga for all ages, indoor movie nights, parent's day out, and the perfect burger joint for families.
Together With
Happy wintry Friday!
A couple of weeks ago, our newsletter was titled “Winter Wonderland,” but we think that title fits even better this week with the arrival of an actual winter wonderland rather than just winter-themed events. We hope you all stayed safe, warm, and were able to create special memories during this rare snowfall. We certainly didn’t expect to see as much snow as we did, but we had a blast watching our son enjoy snowball fights, building snowmen, and sledding—activities we usually only see in the movies!
Don’t forget that your family can win a $50 gift card to Talucci’s Bakery and Coffee Shop by having some winter fun together. See how to play and win Palmetto Parents Winter Family Fun Bingo in our past newsletter.

The Power of 30 Days
Have you ever felt like your goals are just out of reach? You’re not alone, but change isn’t as impossible as it feels.
The secret to keeping those New Years Resolutions are making sure you do it for 30 days.
Here’s a simple way to start:
Pick One Goal: Maybe it’s eating healthier, moving your body more, cutting out sugar, or even carving out 15 minutes for yourself each day. Whatever you choose, go all in — every day for 30 days. No “maybe” or “when I have time.” Just 30 days of showing up for you.
Redefine Yourself: Don’t say, “I’m trying to eat better.” Own it: “I make healthy choices.” Don’t say, “I want to be a runner.” Declare it: “I’m a runner.” When you see yourself differently, you’ll act differently.
See the Transformation: By the end of those 30 days, you’ll not only have built a habit — you’ll have built a stronger, more determined version of yourself. Then, do it again for 30 more days. Then 30 more days again. In 90 days you won’t even be able to recognize yourself.
Missed your New Year’s resolutions? That’s okay. Consider January your warm-up. Today is the perfect day to start fresh.
Summerville parents, this is your reminder: your potential is limitless. Let’s make these next 30 days count. You’ve got this!
Love,
The Berks 👨👩👦👦
